I’ve been referred to In Touch Physiotherapy by a friend, and I would say it’s the best physiotherapy experience I’ve had.

My physiotherapist is Kate. She is incredibly patient and take time to really find out the root cause of the pain / muscle stiffness, and apply the right techniques (e.g. dry needling/ messages) to treat it. She genuinely cares about her patients and always check in on how the previous session went and if it helped elevate the issue. She will advise the re-visit session interval based on recovery stage and recommend a series of workout exercises to strengthen the injured/ affected area to prevent future occurrence, which I find is really useful!

My stiff neck and old hip injury has improved greatly. I’m really grateful to have found Kate and highly recommend this place. Also, excellent customer service by the receptionists! They have always been super friendly and helpful in all the appointment scheduling. Thank you Kate and the Prohealth In Touch Physiotherapy team!

I attended the clinic for a lower back injury which is golf related. The physio Kate MacCormack gave an excellent diagnosis and delivered a treatment/exercise program. As a result I am now back to playing golf injury free. Kate is an exceptional physio with great communication skills. I would rate Kate in the top 10% of physios I have seen in my sporting career.

Very nice experience. Anson (senior physiotherapist) is patient and friendly. The environment is private and silent. It is a good place for the physical therapy if you feel uncomfortable after exercise.

I was never a believer of physiotherapy but after having gone through just 3 sessions of physiotherapy, it changed my perspective of how physiotherapy can help in one’s recovery. I suffered a knee injury and was referred by an orthopaedic specialist clinic to Prohealth In Touch Physio at Raffles Place. I must commend on the physiotherapist whom I was assigned to, Nicholas Kwan. He follows up closely, gives pretty good and genuine advices and is very encouraging. The ‘homework’ he gives me at the end of each session (you have to do!!) for me to do when I’m at home, have helped in my road to recovery as well.

I’m able to resume my gym routine now. Yays! Nicholas shows passion in his work (you have to see it for yourself and talk to him in order to feel it, trust me!) and I’m thankful to have been assigned to him from the start. Thank you, Nicholas! Continue the good job👍 All the best!

Kate is amazing! Been going to her for almost a year now for different old and new injuries. She takes the time, really cares about her patients, is great at 1) locating the issues, 2) providing relief by dry needling and massage and 3) providing doable exercises to improve strength and mobility of the specific area. I had improvement in all injuries within 1-2 weeks and a full heal after 4-8 weeks. But most importantly: she is a genuine, kind and funny human being!
