“As a self proclaimed F45 fanatic, my body has been through many arduous sessions and I started seeing Ben when I first experienced shoulder pains. He immediately identified the problem and even patiently explained it using his anatomical model. After 1-2 sessions where he corrected my shoulder movement together with some stretches my shoulder felt as good as new. However, that was not the end of it. I started having knee pains and went back to Ben. Right away, he zoned in on my issue like an elite sniper – my overly tight quadriceps. His initial treatment was a massage but we both decided it was too painful for me. We then worked on foam rolling which worked wonders. It is now incorporated into my post workout cool down daily. We also tried dry needling which really seemed to loosen up my thighs. Ben assuaged my fears of the needle with his precision poking and soothing voice. I am still afraid of needles but somehow am still looking forward to going back for my next treatment. I highly recommend Ben if you’re suffering or recovering from any form of injuries.”

He is a very professional and helpful physiotherapist who have gave me a lot of great advice on how I can work around my injuries during my trainings and also guide me through the recovery phase.
