Physiotherapist / Senior Physiotherapist

Candidate Requirements:

  • Registered Physiotherapist 
  • Successful candidate should be driven and hold a good musculoskeletal skillset
  • Good understanding of the demands of private MSK work and importance of self-management
  • Ability to work competently and independently to treat all MSK conditions using hands-on manual therapy techniques 
  • Be professional, dynamic and enthusiastic, show a good work ethic, motivated to work hard and build a client base
  • Ability to communicate closely with medical professionals
  • Fluent command of English 
  • Junior Physiotherapist: 1-2 years of experience
  • Senior Physiotherapist: 3-5+ years of experience

Front Desk Receptionist


We are currently seeking a cheerful and self-motivated candidate to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. If you have experience in front desk management, and possess a dynamic and outgoing personality, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer service including welcoming patients, handle patient inquiries (phone, email, walk-in etc.)
  • Book appointments, process payments and issue invoices
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic’s reception and other related areas
  • Ensure continuous operation of the clinic and stock-taking
  • Respond to, resolve and/or escalate issues as required (claims, schedule conflicts, last minute cancelations)
  • Acquire strong working knowledge of the organisation’s services and staff members
  • Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinical Directors

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Possess great customer service skills, is dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills, well versed in written and spoken English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Good computer skills with knowledge using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week
